Shoes

I've downsized my shoe wardrobe quite a bit the last several years, but I still own too many. I love shoes!

I've got some foot issues and now I have to wear wides. So, what that means is that most of my favorite shoes no longer feel good and I am finding new shoes and boots to replace them. It's hard letting go of the expensive boots and I have many...I'm sad about it.

I lost count decades ago. DH says maybe I want to be like Imelda Marcos (ha ha). 

I live in a four season climate, so I need a big variety of shoes--sandals to boots.

My feet have more or less stayed the same size since 7th grade--I still have some shoes from then!

I also have the tap shoes I wore when I was three years old!

This year for the holidays I bought some red sparkly shoes.

During the Summer I usually always buy a new pair of flat sandals to wear with beach dresses. 

I rarely wear out my shoes--most of the time I give them away when the styles have changed a lot, and I no longer wish to wear them.

I have a few really beautiful pairs of shoes that are like works of art--gorgeous construction. 

Skechers are some of my favorite shoes for casual walking because they have great support. 

My favorite dress shoes are INC Zitah embeliished shoes from Macy's--I have many colors--great for dancing!

I'm downsizing my shoes, clothes, and household items. Every couple of months, I donate a few boxes of things. I've donated 18 pair of shoes in the last 6 months.

I donated or otherwise let go of 88 pair in the last few years.  I now have 18 pair.
