I let go of four pair this year, so I'm going with less.

I stocked up two pairs of walking shoes and one pair of chore shoes last spring when the winds shifted.  Going to sit this one out for a while.

I keep two hanging shoe bags, one for spring/summer and one for fall/winter.  Both bags are full so if I buy something new, I donate a pair of gently used shoes.  This strategy keeps me organized and limits my shoe wardrobe to 10 pairs for each season......which is enough!

I donated two  pairs of unworn leather knee high boots - 1 blk and 1 brn that I had purchased about 10 years ago each with a block style heel.

Also I threw out not donated because of their age and condition 2 pr ankle boots with fancy heel. Maybe they could have been reconditioned...too late now. 

Not planning on expanding on my remaining collection of boots, mules, slides and athletic shoes.

Definitely cutting back!!  I don't expect to ever buy another pair of shoes for the rest of my life--seriously!

Yes as I donate my heels I have been buying flats and low heeled shoes to wear.

I always have 2 pairs in black...1 for everyday & 1 for dress.

Because I exercise regularly, I've been putting more stress on my feet. I got rid of several pairs of shoes that I no longer wear or don't give good support.

I changed to mostly having Skechers for warm weather and Clarks Cloudsteppers leather sneakers for colder weather.

I still kept some pairs that aren't sneakers & would like to get a pair of black pumps.

I am trying so hard---not to buy shoes left and right--got rid of over 40 pairs a few years ago--some I never wore--when I move out of my house--I know---its an addiction for me. But I do love em. Have bought a few pairs in the last few months--booties and casual sneakers---but am donating the ones I don't wear and not letting them collect.
