@sidsmom I am not a fool. This is a very well-educated, well-informed young doctor with many journal articles written on hematology and oncology.
Probably thinks Paleo/Keto is good...both very bone brothy.
So sad to see doctors perpetuate this myth.
@sidsmom: If you care to recall I posted about the diagnosis my hematologist gave me, ITP. I asked him specifically about the WFPB "program". He is a renowed Doctor in this area, and he said "no". Everyone has to do what they have to do, including you and me. It is not a myth.

I also have made turkey soup/stock. Not sure if I will this year.

I cook up the whole carcass and make turkey soup.

we do not care for turkeu soup. i do keep the broth from pressure cookng the carcass and strain it and add some to my dogs food everyday. they like it. i do the same with chciken broth thati have left too.
