Eat as many fresh as you can! Sandwiches: tomato, cheese & tomato; Caprese salad; Tomato & Basil Bruschetta: Broiled or baked tomatoes with a nice, toasted seasoned crumb topping. Ratatouille, made in a skillet or roasted in oven.
For preserving, definitely marinara sauce, chili sauce to can or freeze. IDon’t overlook canning some of them to have plain tomatoes throughout the year for spaghetti or chili or anything calling for canned tomatoes.
I sure wish I had your problem. I would almost sell my soul for a beautiful, ripe, fresh from the garden tomato!

@cinderford I just cut them up, skins and all, and freeze them in either containers or freezer bags. They are great for soups, stews and sauces in the winter. I used to add my fresh basil to the tomatoes when I froze them, but I found the flavor didn't carry through when added to a recipe in the winter.
