@tiny2....

Thank you for asking for the recipe for the pork tenderloin rub.  I will give you the exact recipe but you can adapt the amounts to your taste.  I hope you enjoy it!

Pork Tenderloin Rub

1 Tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2-3 teaspoons olive oil

kosher salt...to taste

black pepper....to taste

Combine all spices in bowl. Rub tenderloin(s) with olive oil. Massage all spices on tenderloin(s).  Wrap tightly with plastic wrap.  Refridgerate 1-6 hours.

I have increased the onion and garlic powders to our taste.  I also use garlic olive oil.

Enjoy!

I read your recipe and my husband would love it. How do you cook it? Thanks

Re: @tiny2....pork tenderloin

We grill pork tenderloins on a gas grill.  Keep rotaing the tenderloin so the rub gets brown. Cook tenderloin until termometer inserted in thickest park registers 140-145 degrees.  Let rest on plate 10-15 minutes.
