take any kind of mashed potoatoes and stir in a couple of T of boursin.  this makes the best ever gralic mashed potoates. and so easy to do.  you can use instant potoates or homemade.

I had to look up Boursin and I recognized the package when I saw it online but I have never bought it.  I love garlic mashed potatoes and I look forward to trying your suggestion.

One of my favorite comfort foods...mashed potatoes...yum. Will have to try the Boursin (never heard of it)

it is a  a garilc and herb flavred cheese cheese.  google the name and it will show what it looks like.  love the stuff on crackers

boursin is cheese....no dairy in my life 

plant milk. nutritional yeast, table tasty, mashed taters - some kind of goodness!

Never heard of Boursin either, had to look it up. Sounds ah-mazing. I bet those are delish.
