Re: Where do you save recipes on your computer?

I save them in my "documents" folder on my PC.  I really need to go in there and make a subfolder for recipes alone, but just never think about it.

Re: Where do you save recipes on your computer?

I have 2 or 3 manila folders with recipes in them . . . "one of these days" I want to go through them & write the keepers on recipe cards.

I don't save any of them on an electronic device, I print them out and put them in a photo album, yes, the old fashioned kind with

pages and peel back sheets.

When it's time to make something, I'll put the sheet from the photo album binder and if it's no good, toss in the trash and it's gone.  If it is good, date it and mark very good so I can enjoy it again.

Been there done that. I had a binder with just tons of recipes taking up so much space in my cupboard. I finally wised up and now keep them on my computer. I do print it if I want but its so much easier and much more economical just glancing either at my computer or my phone when making a recipe.

In a folder called "Recipes," alphabetically and by category.  However, I've never bought into "paperless," due to electronic failures, so always make a hard copy.  Have several wonderful binders full of recipes in sheet protectors.
