My dinner this Saturday night was steak and sweet corn on the grill and fresh wax beans.  Dessert will be strawberry shortcake.

What are you having or what is one of your favorite dinners?

I thought about a salad with strawberries and blueberries.

I had a bologna sandwich with pickles and cheese on sour dough bread, along with a cup of tea!  Eddy had a slice of black forest turkey breast meat over kibble.

Eddy had his dessert as I was refilling his treat container.  I'm contemplating a peanut butter cookie.  I could really go for some strawberry shortcake thoughWoman Wink.....

I grilled a steak and accidentally let it cook too long. It was awful. The cats didnt even want it.

@Goldengate8361  don't feel bad - ours was a bit chewy although it still tasted good.  Meat can be so fussy at times!

Favorite dinner:  fresh boiled lobster, dipped in butter, with french fries and corn on the cob.

:

I'd be so full, would have to take a desser to go - probably a hot fudger sundae made with pistachio ice cream with a cookie on the side.......or, some of your strawberry shortcakeWoman Wink!

@Goldengate8361, Eddy would eat it.  It's probably be a treat to eat after eating what I turn out!Woman Embarassed

I didn't get home until after 5pm - just a quick supper:

Eggs & potatoes w/mango salsa and apple sauce.

In food processor ... I chop a potato, an onion, add a can of chopped mild chili peppers, spices and olive oil - nuke it for about 8 minutes.

I'll use leftover potatoes for brunch tomorrow.  Just reheat with some cheddar cheese topping - and some scrambled eggs
