Jordan2 - sounds good - I'm also lifetime...  and I still go to meetings every week.  It has helped me so much...  My goal was to never pay for another meeting...  I have only paid once it 7+ years...  Congrats on making it!!  Question, what is "Chocolate Fudge Mix" and where do you buy it and who makes it?  Thanks - I'm going to try your recipe.. and continued success!!

@Sunniegirl, congrats to you too! Jello Sugar Free  Instant Pudding comes in a Chocolate Fudge flavor. They also come in harder to find pastichio, lemon, and white chocolate. I made the cheesecake flavor first, it was better than the chocolate fudge (I won't make the chocate one again). Being a WW member you must have heard of the 2 ingredient Weight Watchers Bagels?

2 Ingredient Weight Watchers Bagels

1 cup self rising flour (to make self rising flour 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt)

1 cup of ******e Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

1 egg (for egg wash)

Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine 1 cup of self rising flour and 1 cup of ******e Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt in a bowl until a dough stars to form.

3. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface and brush your hands with a bit of flour.

4. Knead and divide into 4 parts.

5. Roll out each dough ball to form a rope and pinch the ends of each rope together to make a circle. You will have 4 bagels.

6. Beat one egg and brush over the bagels and sprinkle with Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes.

I haven't made these myself yet, but have heard from some at my meeting that they like them.

@Sunniegirl, if you make either of the recipes and like them, you should give them to the other members at your WW meeting. I know I always enjoy hearing about a new recipe to try out.
