It's rare if I touch the salt shaker.

 

Years ago I loved "French Onion Dip".  There's no way to get the salt out.  It was sooooo good!

Sodium and salt are not the same thing - you can fact check me on that. IMO, salt has gotten a bad rap.  Good, real salt is not an enemy.

I love The Unsalted Kitchen on youtube....great reference, she's great! gives me good ideas Smiley Happy medically I have to stick with low sodium

I make my own soup with homemade stock. Even after I salt it, it has much less sodium than a commercially made soup.
