Happy Monday!  Happy Week to All!  I am getting hungry already for the feast!  Potatoes anyone? 😂

Tootie, hope your check-up goes well this morning.  Then home to do some outside decorating.  I just realized today is 25th....yikes....one month from today...🎅.  Fun years for you with LG and LS, Tootie.

We are suppose to have mild weather today and sunny tomorrow so maybe we will get outside things done too.  The coming weekend is suppose to be in 20's...😳🥶.

kittyfan, nice that you had the video conference at house and got to see neighbor.  I'm surprised Jake didn't come running at sound of his voice..ha.  Hope your medical appointments go well too.  I never thought about doctors holding appointments for other doctor referrals.  Guess that makes sense but geeee..first come..first serve, right?HA!

Hello friends ... done!! the outside has both Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations ... we got it all done right before it started to rain ... doctors visit went well ... cholesterol is a little high but he wasn't concerned about it (whew!) I didn't want to start on any medication ... he said to try and control it with diet and exercise ... 😏 ... I was a little ticked off though this morning ... the office always says to be there 15 minutes early ... got their by 7:15 only to be told at the door that I couldn't come in because "the provider has to be in the building before they can let the patients in" ... hmmm, why wasn't he there yet?? waited in my car and here he comes strolling in at 7:28!! 😠 next time I won't go so early!! .. but I really like him so I can't get too mad!! 😕

Good news on the doctor visit, Tootie!  I'm the same way with cholesterol....high according to charts...🙄....but so far doctor isn't recommending medication...like you...whew!  My other cholesterol numbers, HDL and LDL, are good so guess that saves me.

Not good to have to wait to be admitted! 😡 I'm surprised you didn't have a high blood pressure reading. Ha!  Mine would have been off the charts!  Maddening!

DH and I did get decorations out of crawl space in basement. Step One!  I just took boxes and left them on basement floor until I am ready to decorate.  I get what I want from there instead of bringing boxes up...then boxes have to go back down...too much!  

Time to get dinner started.  See you in the morning.

Good morning friends ... walker, I'm the same as you with the cholesterol ... he said my HDL/LDL was very high, so that's a good thing!! ... you know, there has to be a better way to get those decorations up from the basement ... I agree, it's too much running up and down, up and down ... 🤦‍♀️ WandaWand!!? 😄 ... I'm going to get my indoor ones out, I'll let you know if she works! 😉

Happy Tuesday!  BRRRR!  It is 25 degrees outside! Too soon for such a cold blast!  But, ....we'll weather the weather whatever the weather whether we like it or not..😆

I hope Wanda Wand can help you out, Tootie.  I know I can ask my grandkids to help now that they are older.

But, they might move too fast for me...😂.  For now guess I'll move at my own pace...slow...🐢..haha.  I'll start Friday...weather very cold so might get me in the mood...goal...done by Sunday...🤞.

Good Morning

Yesterday was a day with brother and his DW.   He had a Drs apt with labs. He was taking me to do labs.  Receptionist was snarky saying no drop ins.  Brother took that in stride. Went to talk to his favorite scheduler.  She got it in the system. Receptionist could check me in. Then to lab. Finally a good number.  He saw the doc.  I also see her. She is a fashion olate.  Came in wearing heels.  Made my feet hurt.  She had on a beautiful dress under her own coat.    Left there were talking about food.  Called his DW to see what she wanted.  Said he had a 1:30 apt  for my house.

Traffic was terrible. Picked up food.  Then he zipped to bank to do a deposit. Remembered he needed cash for sinter. Went to ATM. Then got some gas. Finally headed to condo.  

When he picked me up I was waiting in the lobby.  When I saw him pull up I headed out. He meets me saying he needed to grab my lap top.  He has a key so he goes to get it.  

Got to condo and his DW was in the shower.  He gave me some food. I thought he would sit down. Still buzzing around. Did sit down for a few bites.   Then off to his meeting.  His DW comes down and she is chatting about stuff.  Fixes her lunch.  

Purpose of grabbing my lap to was to be sure antivirus was installed and functioning. Finally got that completed. Then she put it on my phone. Decided I needed pass codes to phone. I didn't think so but I did the numeric. She pushed for dual fingerprint. Fortunately it didn't work.  At least with the numeric brother could get in my phone if necessary.   She had a long career in a major company so this was her  enjoyable to her.  In the interim brother was buzzing around town, went to inspect paint job, brought painter to discuss painting at current condo.  They were waiting on a delivery to new condo.  They finally arrived. Brother buzzed over to handle that.  Finally he was ready to take me home. I hadn't planned on being gone all day long!  I was exhausted.  He came in and did some things. Decided I needed more Christmas cheer. Put in a surge protector.  Put my laptop back in place.  Checked out the fridge.  I realized he didn't check my mail.  He usually does but I will do later. 

He said he was going to do a pj day today.  Had apt on Wednesday with contractor.  I told him he deserved to have a do nothing

day.  Although I don't think he can be idle that long.

kittyfan, I am exhausted from your day too...ha!  GO! GO! GO!  DB is quite the juggler....sounds like his DW is a good assistant.

I laughed when you said DB should have a "do nothing" day!  He sure deserves it...has to "recharge".  Maybe you could tell him about the famous UBs! 😂 TAKE DAILY!

Very happy you had better lab results.

DH and I hung four wreaths at entrance to our subdivision this morning.   Looks very nice.  It was cold though!  Someone else (younger) needs to take this over...fat chance..haha.  Then I came home and ran to two stores for a few things to get me through until next week.  I'm starting my hibernation with the coming 20 degree temperatures.
