Good morning friends ... kitchen opened ... button pushed!!

kittyfan, glad you had a good day! and you were able to get a haircut, makes you feel even better ... cute story about DW's dog! he doesn't want to miss anything! ... that's a big relief that you could get your procedure/appointments scheduled.

walker, oh no! you did say snow!! 🫨😄 ... we know it's coming!!

We got our chair repaired ... it was on the foot rest part of the recliner ... the problem was that when the made the chair "they didn't pull the material tight enough" ... so, the guy had to pull part of it off, move it around a bit and reattach it to the footboard ... two guys, one about 40 the other in his early 20's ... 40 says to 20 (who came in with only a staple gun) "where are your tools?" ... 20 replies "what tools?" 🫨 "your tools you need to get this job done!" ... 20 had to go out to truck to get his backpack full of tools!! ... the 40 year old is the one that did all the work, I think maybe the 20 year old was learning!! ... I would say he has a ways to go!!

No other news from me ... another pleasant sunny day in store for us!

Coffee's ready!! pouring and passing. Have a good day!!

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☁️🇺🇸...🍂🍁

Happy Friday!  Cloudy here now but I hope sun breaks through.  My body-solar-panels 😉....need charging...ha!

kittyfan....when DB is in town there are 2 BUZZZZY 🐝s.

Glad you had a productive day.  Any plans for your house?

Maybe DB can move in?  Or, you might want to move back?  Too remote?  Too many questions? 😂  By the way, I always enjoyed your stories from the TS too.

Tootie, funny story about chair repair....good thing they didn't just send out the 20 year old...🤣.

No news here....routine day....go with the flow in the slow lane....😁.

Have a nice day!

No kittyfan? ... hope all is well. Maybe just worn out from your busy day ... or tech issues?

Ha walker! I like your "my body-solar panels need charging" phrase 😄😂 ... come on over, we've had a loooong stretch of sunshine and it still continues ... sunny 71 today 😎

We DH took our A/C out of the windows yesterday (I did help though! 😉) ... no really warm weather is predicted but if it does happen, it's easy enough to put back in!

No plans today ... still have to think about cutting those brown-eyed susans in the back ... I have to wait for DH for that, my biggest issue is spiders hiding in them!! 🕷️ eeeek!!

Coffee's ready! pouring and passing. Have a good day!!

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️🇺🇸....🍂🍁🏈

Happy Saturday!  We are finally going to see the sun today.

What a difference it makes to my mood.  I guess it perks everyone up.  But, I would love to fly over (on my broom😆)...to spend time with you, Tootie.  We could even cut down those brown-eyed susans.  It would be Lucy and Ethel screaming....😂😂.  🕸️🕷️

College football Saturday....definitely Fall is here...cool weather, etc.  Soup time....did fix chili this week.  Today I am putting a pork roast in crock pot for pulled pork sandwiches later.....sounded good to me...found an easy recipe.  My SIL uses his smoker for pork and it makes delicious pulled pork sandwiches.  My smoke will be added liquid smoke...ha!

No news....only babble....hi to kittyfan...must be resting after busy week with DB.

Have a nice day.....see you later....GO ☘️...😉.

P.S.  Just remembered...Harvest Moon tonight around

walker, hahaha! I'm just picturing us cutting down and screaming among those brown eyed susans!! 😱😱 ... how did your pulled pork turn out? it sounds good! ... I did get to see the moon last night ... beautiful!! and the sky was a pretty pink around it!!

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️🇺🇸...🍁🍂

Happy Sunday!  Chilly....I think the days of A/C are done for this season. Soon it will be time for the furnace to be on...not yet but, pretty soon.

I saw the Harvest Moon last night too, Tootie.  DH even had his binoculars out looking for Saturn which was suppose to be nearby.  It was a spec in the sky.

The pulled pork was very good!  Easy recipe so I'll be fixing it again.  There are enough leftovers for another meal....my kind of cooking.....fix once...eat twice...👍😁.

kittyfan, any possibility there are any tech experts at SO? Maybe it is the internet connection there?  Like I know anything.ha....sorry.  I hope you get problem fixed...very frustrating.  I don't deal with tech issues well.

On with day.....hope yours is a good one.  See you later.

It's Moanday Monday!! ... and I have to get some things done around the house that I didn't do over the weekend! ... I never went through my clothes like I thought I would ... maybe today?! 🤷‍♀️ ... top of the list is laundry!

walker, glad you enjoyed your pulled pork and leftovers are always good too!! ... when you get a chance, could you post the recipe? or send on our other site? ... I haven't had that in a long time and would like to try it now that the cooler weather is here!

Hi to kittyfan 👋

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️🇺🇸...🍁🍂

Happy Monday!  Looks like a nice day ahead with rain later in the week.  I have noticed some leaves starting to change color.  But, nothing pretty yet...hope they don't just go from green to brown...😟.

Tootie, I will be happy to share that recipe for pulled pork.
I'll send it on our other connection....need to use that once in awhile...😉.  Then, I can add my extra notes...😁....aka...babble...ha.

Quiet days.....need to think about some outside chores while weather is nice.  It can turn quickly.  In meantime, inside chores as well await me.  I need to make a trip to donation store this week too.

All for now.......hi kittyfan.....have a nice day everyone!

Good morning

To explain I post on a tablet.  I have a laptop but the battery needs to be replaced. Works if plugged in.  Tech issues. It is very uncomfortable to work at the desk!   Yesterday I considered it but decided to wait and then I simply called it a night.

I had to call the bank as I locked myself out of my account.  Too many passwords. Even with a book to remind me!!!

Pulled pork sounds delicious. Brother went to the grocery for me. Brought me some stew. Now if our temps would cooperate.

I would love to have changing colors. There were a few trees on my road that would change. Always enjoyed that time.  We may get some much needed rain 🌧️ 🌧️

Laundry 🧺 is a constant.

I picked up the menu for the week.  We are definitely back to more of the same.  I do have choices I know some do not.

Oh yes the younger working folks. I know they have to learn but sometimes the common sense is lacking.
