We had an awful day of heavy, heavy rains on and off yesterday ... the streets were flooded, but as fast as they filled up, they drained pretty fast ... and then around 7ish last night the sun came out and our rain moved on!! very strange weather!! ... today a dry 52 degree day!! ... I have to do a store run this morning ...

Happy Tuesday!  The Spring roller-coaster weather continues.  Tootie, you really had a lot of rain there.  Lucky that it drained quickly!  I think we have some on/off rain here this week.  But, temperatures are at least mild 60/70.

We are suppose to go to a track meet later for GS...of 3A guys.....if no rain.  

Speaking of 3A's, DS doesn't think we will be needed for a parade of cars to DMV Saturday.  He and DIL are master jugglers with everything in their home.  God Bless Them! 
We are always "on call"...😉.  

kittyfan, so true about enjoying leftovers from good meal.  Lucky you to benefit and then a nice UB day yesterday to recharge.  That's funny....DB needs to recharge too but probably didn't, right?  I laughed about spray for refrigerator.

My appointment yesterday was good...except...there is always something.  Doctor biopsied a spot on nose she thinks is ok but wants to be sure.  Hopefully, I'll get an all-clear report. 🤞 

Time to pack up my Easter things...maybe today or mañana...ha!  Have a nice day.  Bye for now.

We had a brief rain event. They keep promising!   Friday is dominos. Unfortunately at Chatty Cathy's house. She is selling and moving )getting married).  It's been nice without her!  Neither has been married can't imagine at this juncture on life but my opinion.  I know there are several couples her at SO.  Not on my radar. I have my life organized and DB has full access and my POA.

Happy Wednesday!  Early rain here ...heaviest south near city....oops...rain lady just said north of city to get more later this morning...guess I won't hurry out.  Should be better this afternoon.  You needed to know that, right?😂

kittyfan, when you mentioned Chatty Cathy marrying and moving I thought maybe that meant this will be her last time with group.  Wishful thinking, eh?  She'll be even chattier after she is a new bride...haha!  Maybe she won't want to leave her new hubby...LOL..more wishful thinking...good luck to you ...and her.  No more husbands for me....one and done!  However, I'd be open to anyone taking me out to eat...🤣! 

Babbling today......we made it to track meet yesterday...afternoon turned out nice.  GS seemed to do well but what do I know.....did not see final standings.  To grandma....always a winner. 

Enjoy your day with LS, Tootie.  Does she like games?  I remember playing a gazillion games of Candyland...all time favorite.  But, that's for inside day..weather good...see if you can tire her out again...haha!

Brother said he had lightening and thunder. He doesn't live that far from me.   If I had weather I slept through it.

Brother was expecting a delivery from Amazon. Thought it would be Amazon delivery but no UPS.   It finally arrived late afternoon.  I had thought he wasn't coming and tapped on the door at nine.

He stayed for about an hour.  Of course he had to sweep the floor!   He needs to visit my house. It won't be finished on deadline. Another month of payong storage fees!  But I know he has it handled.   He will take his adW home and come back to take me to my appointment. It's one of those hard to get.  

Oh candy land. A sweet game.!!!

Still waiting on my printer ink.  Service!!!!   I don't print that much but when I want to use it I want it!  

I was heading to the dining room on Monday.  One of the ladies had gotten a grocery delivery. I thought of our Cookie!  Three jumbo boxes of Cheerios!

walker, oh yes! Candyland is a game the kids love to play ... I also have the Trouble game (do you remember that one?) the bubble with the dice in the middle that you pop? ... they enjoy that one too! ... but yesterday was so nice here that we were able to spend the day outside!!

Another beautiful day here ... high of 74!! ... nothing going on here ... just the usual chores to get taken care of.

Happy Thursday!  Looks like a nice day ahead here...warming up!  

I remember cookie and her Cheerios too....I like them as well...used to be one choice now must be ten different varieties!  Still wondering what happened there...guess we'll never know.  😢

Hope you get the printer ink, kittyfan.  It is annoying to run out.  They don't last long! ☹️ I buy a couple at a time now...not cheap either.

I vaguely remember the Trouble game, Tootie.  I guess we didn't play it as much.  Another favorite later was UNO.

On Easter my DD brought me a bouquet with tulips and hyacinth flowers.  The house smells so good from the hyacinth.  I might have to buy more.  

I finished the last of my jelly beans yesterday and realized there was not one black jelly bean in bag!  🤷‍♀️  Took out the least favorite?  Ok with me.

Off to grocery store today....home away from home..HA!

GRILL!!!!  YEA!  Opening grill season tonight with All-American Hamburgers!  I did my job...cleaned off grill and now DH can do his job! 🍔
