kittyfan, yes, the SO is providing new chapters for your book.  Maintaining your home must still be a concern but...not to worry...DB will be on it!  You know the saying...Let Go and Let God?  For you it is...Let Go and Let God ...and, DB! 😉

Tootie, have fun this afternoon ....it will be so cute...big day for LG!  Sure hope it is an inside program.  Enjoy the family time after at DS's.

Well, on with the day.....ol' Buddy 🐕‍🦺 comes later...need to Buddy-proof house like I used to do when kids were little...haha.  He'll be here until Sunday.

Tootie, Gremlins gottcha!  There must be a cure for these crazy critters!  Between CE and Gremlins, SCC is at war!!!😣🧨  Hope you had a fun day with the kiddos.  

walker, how is Buddy?🐕  Hope you got the house Buddy Proofed in time.  How nice to have a GrandDog around. Maybe we could train him as a CE/Gremlin warrior??   

Manicure this morning and then back to DVS to charge up my Kindle. No compiling and filing yet.  Fun watching Jada or Sassy (couldnt tell which) rolling on her back😄  We will be about the same as yesterday- 89.  Still warm and somewhat humid.  

kittyfan, hope things at SO are going well.  Jake and Holly are special residents and must be treated as such!  Hope things are well with you brother - marvelous man!!!✨✨

LG's "graduation" was really cute ... but walker, they did the same thing that you mentioned earlier ... it was combined with kids moving up to kindergarten and PreK ... I'm not sure why they do that either ... but LG looked really cute doing the gestures to his songs!! he made us proud 😊 (there were lots of happy tears!!)

We'll have another steamy day ... high of 88 ... yipee! out of the 90's!! ...

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☀️🇺🇸.....🐕‍🦺

Oh, happy day, yes, Buddy is here!  He arrived after dinner last night.  He came running up to house like an excited toddler.  I let him in and he raced around with....yes...really....a smile on his face.  So funny....ever see a dog smile?  This guy does.  After DS left, DH and I took him for a walk.  He did bring his own bed but only used it about 10 minutes....🙄....decided our bed was more comfortable....of course.  Hope tonight is better.  He is up and down more than I am during the night.  

Tootie, I can just imagine what a happy guy LG was at the ceremony yesterday.....not to mention mom, dad and grandparents!  Memories, memories!   

cookie, cute message with your humor. Good X too.  Don't send anymore sun and heat north...🥵...I guess we add the humidity which is what makes us wilt.  Enjoy your manicure and back to watch horses.

All for now ..... errands this morning....DH home with Buddy....😆👍.....think I'll take my time while out too...😂.

Today was dominos. Went out to lunch. Lots of food. It was yummy.  Then to another venue to play.

We did two tables which I prefer. At the end it deteriorated into a discussion about medical issues. Of my I thought I was at SO!

I looked at the menu. Ruebens on menu which I enjoy but not here!

Good morning ~ Its Super Saturday June 22 2024!

walker👑, how's Buddy?  A big smile on his face! I''ll bet he is in heaven on Grandma's bed.  Every dog we had always found a place on our bed.  Pet's rule the roost I guess.  They are so loveable though.DD's dogs sleep on their bed - this makes sure they are the first in line for doggie breakfast😁😋 

Tootie,  Glad LG's Graduattion was so happy and such a hit. Very proud parents and Grands for sure.  Many cute memories. 👨‍🎓🎈 

kittyfan, sorry the Dominoes turned into a medical discussion. Too bad about the Reubens at SO.  I am sure your brother will find a teriffic place to enjoy good Ruebens - maybe one that has a good Dominoes game going on too!😄 

Another DVS here I guess.  Maybe Jada and Sassy will wallow in the grass again.  DD says this is quite common.  I may sit in a rocker on the patio and watch again.  We will be 93 - humidity included I'm sure.🙁 As always, I had a great manicure.  The ladies are all so sweet and very good at what they do.  Of course I select the same color - my lady knows exactly which one and it is always  sitting on the desktop with her utensils.  She is a lovely young lady.  Worth the 19 mile drive down.  Time for Mollly's breakfast - I am getting the side eye from her😕- but a sweet meow and leg rub to make me happy - works every time.

Good morning friends ... cookie, how nice that your manicure girl has everything ready for you!! ... enjoy your horse show today if you go out ... I thought we were done with our higher heat but we still have a few more days to go ...

kittyfan, glad you had a good lunch and some games of dominoes ... but ugh!! really?! do people have to always talk about medical issues?!! and I bet it turned into a "I can top that problem, I have (fill in the blank) wrong with me!!"

walker, I must say that I have never seen a dog smile ... but Buddy sure sounds cute and very excited to be with you!! ... it sounds like he missed your bed ... I laughed at you taking your time while you were out 😂😂 ... any mishaps yet with him??

Another hot and humid day ... high of 85 (at least our temps are coming down) but that humidity is brutal 🥵 ... I may do laundry today (but you know what I always say ... "it will be there tomorrow") so, maybe it will be a UB day!! 😉

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🌤️🇺🇸...🐕‍🦺

All going well here....just got ol' Buddy out.  It is very humid...🥵....storms later I guess.  Buddy has been very good....definitely has calmed down.  Last nights sleep was better but he was 50/50 in his bed and ours.  At least he stayed at the end.  You are right, cookie, pets rule! Ha!

I hope you are able to sit and rock a bit while watching nature and those horses, cookie.  I find sitting outside and watching birds, rabbits, squirrels around is relaxing....horses would be wonderful.  If I see one here, someone will need to take me away for a LONG rest...😂.

kittyfan, it is nice you are able to get out of SO once in awhile.  But, same chatty people on outside, eh?  Some people have a need to share everything!  🤷‍♀️

Enjoy your day your way, Tootie....laundry or not!  Too bad the awful humidity limits time outside.  But, better days ahead....we hope!  🤞

By the way.....can you believe we are going into the last week of June?  6 months of 2024 almost gone!  🕰️✈️s❗️
