Good Morning ~ It's Going To Be A Spendid Sunday

walker,glad you are enjoying Buddy as much as he seems to be enjoying you. Hope your weather has cooled down and no humidity. It is awful to have to be out in it. It's bad enough with the heat, and the outside workers have to wear long sleeved shirts to protect them from the hot sun. We will be 94 with some winds 10-20 in the afternoon and hope there's no humidity. I did enjoy Jada yesterday - she was in the back yard and almost got on the patio. She can be very friendly and loves SIL so she is always looking for him. Too hot/humid for me to enjoy the rocker on the patio. Made it for about 10 minutes.🥵

Tootie, hope your weather cools down with no humidity. At least the laundry got done or did you use the "It will be therre tomorrow"? Another good invention you created😃

Shout out to kittyfan ~ ☕🌺 Did you know we have a BIrthday Bird??? We, being Libra/October babies, are blessed with the Swan for our bird. I read this yesterday and laughed and didn't save it. I know Aires/April is a Canary and Leo/July is a Bald Eagle - this from my pitiful memory.

Good morning friends ... cookie, with your high temps and humidity, I can see why you only lasted 10 minutes out on the patio ... this weather is just awful!! ... interesting on Birthday Birds, so I went to google to check it out 😊 ... my bird, September, is a Hawk and walkers bird, November, is a Rooster!

walker, hope all is going well with Buddy ... does he go home today? ... and no, I can't believe that June is almost over with!! time sure is flying by ...

I did get my laundry done yesterday ... so does that mean I get a whole UB day??!! 😉 ... thunderstorms are predicted for today, but I'll believe it when I see them ... more heat and humidity!! ... I am really waiting to be able to open my windows and let the fresh air in ...

Storms rolled through here during the night so could be coming your way, Tootie. I guess it was pretty severe in some areas. We had thunder, lightening and heavy rain...got about 3". Like most dogs, Buddy does not like storms but did ok with it.

I am laughing about the Birthday Birds. cookie, you and kittyfan get a lovely Swan...🦢......Tootie, "The Hawk"? and me a Rooster? Funny.....of course, Rooster has a CROWN! 😂

I "think" Buddy goes home today unless family gets home late....then tomorrow.

Good evening

I did a post yesterday that got lost.

I went to the SO church service. Those folks know all the news. I know who has Covid. Unfortunately this includes my neighbor. I am not happy about something with him. When brother is here next week I will tap his wisdom.

Oh a swan. They mate for life. Such regal creatures.

I need to put laundry away. Somehow I seem to avoid that task.

Brother flies in on Tuesday. Appointments and Holly's surgery. Have my stack of items to discuss with him. I have a spot where I put corresponce and mail for his review. I have a stack to file too.

kittyfan, A lost post? Gremlins again??? UGH a neighbor with COVID. Be careful and thankful your DB will be around to utilize his great wisdom. Hope you and the doglets are doing okay. Good wishes for Holly's surgery.

Tootie, glad you got your laundry done, now you can have a whole week of UB's - you invented them and should make good use of your wonderful invention😃 Get in your Lazy Girl chair with one of your Marvelous Mimosas 🥂and snooze away!

walker, poor Buddy🐈 - T storms are not his thing. He'll be glad to be home but will sure miss his G'ma and G'pa. I hope I can find the Birthday Birds info again. I sure got a laugh.😄and enjoyed the info.

DVS again today unless I find the Bird info. We will be 95 with a few clouds and some light wind. Maybe weecould send any hunidity to CE and tell him it is a magic potion?😏 I guess I will meander out to the patio to watch the horses and see if there are any Longhorns about....

Good morning friends ... cookie, laughing about CE and his "magic potion" ... go to google and type in "birthday birds" and you should be able to find the info (that's what I did) ... enjoy your view from the patio today ...

kittyfan, ugh, the Gremlins got you! ... I know you will be careful with Covid precautions and I hope that DB can help you out with your issue with that neighbor ... I'm with you on avoiding putting laundry away, I don't like to do that either ... hope all goes well with Holly's surgery.

walker, wow!! you got a lot of rain ... our "storm" yesterday lasted all of 5 minutes ... but it cooled down to 73ish later last night with a cool breeze ... made for good sleeping weather with windows opened! ... how funny is it that your "birthday bird" is a rooster? I forgot all about the crown ... 😂😂 ... did you bid Buddy farewell yesterday??

We are at a cool 62 degrees now (feels good compared to what we've had) but will go up to 81 today ... humidity is expected to go down ... yay!!

No plans for today other than the usual chores ... maybe we'll get a chance to sit on the patio for a UB 😁 ...

Good Morning Friends! ☕️🌤️🇺🇸

No Buddy 🐕‍🦺 duty today! He went home yesterday and was excited to see his family. He was good but short visit...enough...ha! Today I need to put some things back in order from preparing for his visit. He used to grab things like pillows, cushions on kitchen chairs, etc, and run with them. He has calmed down though. 👍

Weather cooled off a bit here also, Tootie. We opened windows up too but not sure about today. It is humid and more storms tomorrow so A/C will probably be back on. Like my flower baskets....up, down, up, down.....A/C is on, off, on, off....😂.

I need to look up the birthday bird information too. Good find, cookie. Laughed about CE too. You are sharp in the morning! Doing good on days and dates too! 😉

kittyfan, hope you have a good week with DB helping too...one sticky situation to another! Hope Holly does well with surgery.

Hello again `

I Googled Birthday Birds and got a few answers - all differrent. Too much to copy and paste. The birds were not as nice as the first ones I found the other day. Oh well, I will bet they do not have an SCC Bird!!!😂😂 I will try again later. This is becoming fun - for awhile.

SIL grilled burgers with Jalapeno cheese and filled with onions. He also grilled Stuffed (with cream cheese)Jalapeno peppers wrapped in bacon YUM. There may be some Jalapenos left for me to mix in a salad.🤞✌
