Tootie, sounds like you had a terrific day with the kiddos.  Nice weather too.  And..... your kitchen is clean!  A long UB for you -  after some Queen's Quiche of course!

walker, glad your DH decided to fix the mower instead of replacing it.  These things are so costly!  Back in business again - lawn is perfect!

kittyfan, hope things went well with Holly and everyone.  You must be exausted!  Take a Queen Bee UB.  

DVS here.  I will be compiling and filing today.  Hope to clear out things that have been too long in the waiting.  Then a UB of course.  Dental cleaning went well and only had some very litle sprinkles.  Thankful I didnt have to walk through any rain.  Got home and it started to rain more by the time I got in the house.  Glad thats done!

Happy HOT Thursday!!  Heat is on here!  Well, outside that is, A/C on in house!  

DH and I went out to dinner last night.  We found a table outside for shade.  There was a slight breeze so I said I would try it.  Not too bad but warmer evening than is comfortable to me.  DH handles heat much better.  Dinner was good but car show after another disappointment.  It just isn't as good. Not sure why....used to have a lot of cars and people...not so much now.  We need to try going to a car show at a neighboring community.  

Tootie, glad you had a good day with the kids yesterday.  Children make everything all better, eh?  Takes your mind off last week. 😉

cookie, glad weather cooperated for your trip to dentist.

I see I have your letter...will try to think of something..ha!

Hi all....nothing to report...quiet day and I keep thinking it is Friday....🙄......see, I'm mixed up too, cookie.  

Took my walk early today since I knew it would be warm this afternoon.  I have to laugh as I walk I think of you talking about balance issues, cookie....I find myself left, right and center on the sidewalk (not always)....I would fail a sobriety test if stopped!! 🤣 I can't walk a straight line.  I think I am so focused on looking down to make sure I don't trip on something that I don't pay attention to how I am walking.  I laugh thinking if someone watched me they might think I am tipsy.....HA!  

Exciting news from Dullsville N!  Now....speaking of "tipsy" (which I am not)......it is almost...

brother was here for a bit.  Helping me with LIFE!!!  When he walked in I commented his mask coordinated with his shirt!  He said it was intentional!  When we worked together he was a snappy dresser.  Since we have Covid here he was in and out. He will fly back in two weeks. Appointments and Holly's surgery.  She has benign tumors vee had one removed and this one popped up.  She is white on her underside and he said common in white dogs.  Bobbie who had a RT said she had a similar tumor on her chest.  He lost his girl and then a resident passed unexpectedly. Her promerrain came to him.  Dog grieved and it was a process but she loves him.  Puff ball.  Has a grooming apt. Coming up.  

Brothers storm damage was involved. Had an electrician dona temporary fix.  Permanent fix when he returns.   Always something. 

Argh had a fraud alert on a CC. Have to cancel.  I just used it to pay for meds will have to call tomorrow.

Tootsie:  what fun. Outside to burn up energy.

Walker:  disappointing to not have a good shoe.  Yes fixing the equipment.

Cookie:  dislike buying glasses. Nice you avoided rain drops.

Good morning ~   It's Fool Around Friday June 14 2024!

kittyfan, CC fraud is a pain in the @#$%. I just finished with one and it is nothing but headches.  I wish they would have better English speaking representatives.  Very hard to understand. Hope your brothers storm  damages get fixed quickly. Fun of him to wear a coordinated mask with his shirt - intentional too!  Glad they were able to have the benign tumors on Holy removed.  Interesting about little white dogs - DD's small dog is a white Pom mix and has skin issues on occasion.  Cute little bug.

laughing at your walking walker.  I always look down when I walk now.  You never know what's in the way.  Think you - our Queen - was tipsy - How dare they!!!😁😁 Hope you don't fall - your crown might be damaged if it falls off! ha!

Another DVS day here.  We will be cooler today - 94 - probably comes with humidity😓 Good day for an all day UB😄.  There's always laundry.

kittyfan, ugh! what a pain with your CC fraud ... so annoying and aggravating!! ... glad your DB is able to pop in and out for you donning his matching mask 👍

walker, glad you enjoyed your dinner but the car show not so much ... I wonder what happened there?? ... you're right! kids make everything better and on your toes!! 😁 I found out last night that LG will be going to PreK in the fall and the daycare is having a "graduation" for his group next week ... 😢 I'm laughing at your being "tipsy" when you walk ... I seem to veer left or right when I walk ... DH is always saying "why are you walking into me?" 😂

Good Morning Friends!  ☕️☀️....🇺🇸

It is Flag Day, Tootie!  🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I just put ours out...we bring it in at night.  Funny thing is, in addition to Flag Day, it is the day my ex-boyfriend got married.  He was the only one I was ever serious with besides DH.  He got married before we did and I was invited..🙄....did not go!  Crazy...I remember that date but forget important stuff...😆.  

Walking....that is what I seem to do, Tootie.  Funny we both do it.  As long as we do stay upright!  I am like you too, cookie, looking down for uneven cement in sidewalk, something I could trip on, etc..can't  be too careful, eh?

kittyfan, sorry to hear about the possible credit card fraud.  These fraud incidents and scams seem to be happening more and more.  We are constantly being alerted about phone scams.  Hope you get help with that problem today.

LG's first graduation ceremony....should be cute, Tootie.

When I worked at one preschool with three year olds, the Director wanted the 3's to be part of ceremony for 4's going to kindergarten....they were ones leaving!!  3's were not!  But, she wanted 3's to sing ...we are here to graduate...graduate...WHY???  I did not agree with their programs and did not stay at that school long.  Gets to be a show for parents.

Babbling Friday for me so guess I will just say Happy Friday and move along.  Stay cool out there....we are getting little break today and tomorrow..A/C off 👍....then heat cranks up again...🥵.   Did I say I was done babbling....?? 😂

Had to cancel my CC. Oh well.  No way to avoid this.  Brother was handling a situation for me.  He left here armed with printouts and notes. He called me this morning to update me. We were laughing about some things. I told him that he and his DW were the classic old married couple!  I then said he and I had known each other for so many years we also act like an old married couple!  

Holly has a small fan club here. Today Bobbie came for his Holly fix. He was walking his pup but loved on Holly. Mr jealous Jake pushed her aside. Of course he petted Jake also.

Oh graduation. My dear aunt taught kindergarten for years. I attended many events. When she and my uncle celebrated their 50th some former students came to honor her.  She was beloved.

Another busy day for you kittyfan.  How sweet that Bobby loves on Holly and still gives attention to Jealous Jake.  Canine Fan club getting larger.  Glad you were finally able to have DB fix things for you.  What a Guy!!!   

Tootie, LG's graduation already?!!!   Kids are so proud.  Like walker, I also think it's a ceremony for the parents. When my kids were young, we did not believe in toddler graduation ceremonies either.  Things change..... I do hope the kids enjoyed it.  I can just picture their little beaming faces.😊

walker, since we both look down while walking, do you think we may spot any $$$?.  People drop it all the time.  Maybe C.E. has some info on this?🤔😄  Hard to pick up all the $100.00 dollar bills - they fly away and it's hard to chase them with a walker!😁 Destined to be unlucky and poor I guess.
