Hi there.....another day flies by.....very dull in DullsvilleN today...ha!  It was windy this morning so I did not feel like going out just for the library.  

kittyfan, you remember well....yes, the Evanovich series...think I've read enough....will finish this one...maybe.   Good to hear from you.  You are in the right place and well cared for by brother and staff!  I had to laugh that you and courtyard neighbor said you could write a sitcom about SO. HA! He doesn't realize you are already a writer/author of many people/experiences before SO!

Hello friends ... kittyfan, how nice that you got a Valentine treat from SO, you certainly are taken care of there ... I laughed too at your neighbor and the sitcom 😂 ... if he only knew 😉 ... how nice it is too that when your DB is not there, he has someone watching out for you ...

walker, it snowed here for most of the afternoon but didn't accumulate to much except slush ...

I'm tired tonight ... LS was in rare form today ... all she wanted to do was run, run, run and bounce off the furniture and she was pretty free with hitting/pushing LG ... time out chair for her and we let LG go in the basement with grandpa ... I really can't wait until they can go outside ...

Good morning ~

Hi Tootie, disregard my email I know am back with nternet!  What a pain to go through this.  This week has been miserable with things that don't work  BP machine shows the same number daily😣 One touch shows the same numbers and I have never had a test with high numbers.  I usually have very good low numbers unless I eat a giant Mexican dinner!  Anyway, I am back! 

kittyfan, you are very lucky to have such nice neighbors at SO.  Many Guardian Angels for you.  I also laughed at the idea of a sitcom starring the residents at SO😂🤣😁 Little do they know that you already have one big Tome!!!  Keep them coming - so enjoyable!

walker, No, I do not charge my Ex by the hour.  He always deposits $$ into my Credit Union account and then tells me.  He has always been very generous and I would never ask him for $$ even though I know he would gladly share.  I am still wondering if I made a stupid decision  divorcing him.  After 20 years of being divorced, we know that  neither one of us wanted one😥🤔.  We have always had a symbiotic relationship and still remain together in our hearts.  I miss that man!

Manicure this morning and then home to finish documents ready for mailing.  We should have a nice day - 71 with some breezes/wind.  Better than rain which, thankfully is predicted south of us.

Happy Friday!  I just saw weather report and it showed we have had temperatures over 40 degrees everyday in February....very unusual.  👍 I'm afraid March will come in roaring like a Lion!  But, we'll weather the weather......😂.

cookie, glad you are connected....technical frustrations...that and BP machine too.  I had to replace mine last year....it went wacky. I had it for a long time so felt I should get a new one.  Or sometimes batteries just go.  I was just kidding about charging your ex per hour for the work. Sorry.  Sounds like you have a good relationship which is so nice for both of you even if no longer married...

Hi there......hope you have had a good day.  I just had to share my experience at my special store today..meat, fish and "grapefruit".  I stopped at meat counter and saw stuffed pork chops for $3.99lb. ..sign right by chops caught my eye.  I asked for two but did not pay attention to scale price or package.  Looked at receipt after I got home (when will I learn...do it before leaving)....I was charged $4.99 a pound...no big deal.  Off I went.....next grapefruit...clearly $1.99 lb...still a lot but I love them.  Receipt shows I was charged $2.49 lb! 😳 over $5 for 2 grapefruit!!....then there were two other items not properly marked at store.  So, I called store just to bring the incidents to their attention.  Obviously, no one has time to change prices each week...🤷‍♀️.  I emphasized to manager it isn't about a few dollars but I want them to know ....and improve the system.  I think they cut back on personnel due to expenses so there isn't someone to take care of these little tasks.  OK...long story...long...sorry..ha...what's new, eh?  Manager was very appreciative of my call.  He checked everything out and said I was right.  In appreciation he wants to give me a $25 gift card...😳.....I said ....no, not necessary but he insisted.  He said to stop at desk the next time I am in store and pick it up.  I would like to give it to someone who needs it....we'll see.

All for now......oh, I went to library for new book and picked up the mystery friend recommended.  I'll let you know how I like it.

Glad you finally got your Texas Grapefruits walker. Even though there was a mix up in pricing.  Manager sounds very nice and appreciatve that you cared enough to call.  I just thought of another crown😄😒- a crown made of Grapefruits!  Ignore me, I have been under a rock far too long.  

Tootie, we are cooling down to temps like yours - 49 today with some wind.  You sure had an active day with the kiddos. Wow -  As walker said bouncing off the walls!  I used to say that to my kids and G'kids.  Long UB's for you!  Outside is a wonderul place for kids to run around. 

No news at DVS other than the cooler weather.  More clean up in the closet.  The shoe shelving crashed (one of those plastic rubber covered wire ones)  I about fell over from dizziness trying to fix it!  Need to find a stronger one.  

Shoutout to kittyfan- hope you enjoy your new wallet from your brother ~

walker, you had quite the day at your store yesterday ... but I'm glad that you called just to let them know about it ... (I bet he already has things changed in the store) and I think it is nice that he is offering you a gift card ... you could have called screaming and yelling at him and I'm sure he appreciates that you didn't ... take that card and maybe get something that you normally wouldn't buy ... or maybe $25 worth of grapefruits?? 😉😂😂

We're getting our winter weather back ... we got a dusting of snow overnight but are expecting 3-5inches later today ... and it's cold ... our high for today is 27! ... oh! we got our Fish Fry last night ... and they didn't cut back on portions ... nice piece of fish, fries, cole slaw, potato salad and a roll ... I have a small piece leftover that DH can have for his lunch if he wants.

I also read online yesterday that one of the Churches that we went to is closing, along with the school (at the end of the year) ... I am shocked as this was a very large, very prominent church in our area ... they said they were in financial trouble with "no way out" !! what?? how does that even happen ... unfortunately, I think there is way more to the story ... I'm sorry to say this, but our Diocese is so filled with corruption ...
