Laughing at the airport scene Tootie😄 - must have been funny to everyone but the parents.  Glad everything worked out.  Meltdown over!  Looking forward to Disney reports also. They will have a great time - exhausted littles are exhausting!  ha ha.  I hope everyone enjoys the marvels of Disney.

walker, I have tried some Kettle Cooked potato chips - they are very good especially with unique flavors.I love Jalapeno and the cheese with sour cream.  They even have a sweet potato one!  Our local Grocer makes their own brand and they are all very good.  I like your "juggling" things to get ready for T day😃.  SIL's folks are hosting the big day and I am not so excited about going as DD and SIL stay way too long - my eyes start closing early.  I do love seeing SIL's mother though - she is such a sweet lady!  

kittyfan, how are things going at S.O.?  Have the meals improved with the new chef?  Hope so.  walker had a good idea about taking requests.  Might work out for everyone.  Happy people make peopleGoo pleasant. For Jake and Holly too😉

No news here. Nice weather - 62.  Football on all TV's but mine.  SIL gets very involved. He shouts out and eats kettle cooked potato chips while enjoying his games.He is such a great guy, he can do whatever he wants💥 As long as he doesn't forget to grill.😆

Good morning friends ... walker, I hope you were able to "juggle" out times for your dinner ... that's the toughest part of cooking a meal ... I love those kettle chips too! (and I never met any kind of chip I didn't like 😊😲) so I don't like to buy chips because I would probably eat the whole darn bag!!

cookie, I can't believe the big T day is next week!! we're going to DS's ... this is one holiday I really don't like ... all the prep work, all day long (where's WandaWand when we need her??) and then it's gone in minutes 😂 ... but it is fun to be together with family!!

We'll have a mild 53 degree day ... going this morning to see if I can find a decent size turkey ... DS got a free one (for spending so much $$ during a period of time) and since he's out of town, we'll go hunting for it!! 🦃

Happy Monday!  Thanksgiving next week?  Thanks for heads up ....thought I had another week.  Glad I am not doing it this year!  I find I am just not into these big dinners anymore...ha...Queen needs more servants...😂. 

Dinner last night went well and few leftovers so guess that is a good sign.  What I noticed was how much older and bigger kids are....kids used to do their own thing in another part of house....now they pretty much hang with us and join conversations which I do enjoy.  I am starting to stress again about DH's upcoming birthday and my plans for 25 people here to feed.  

cookie, I hope you'll decide to go to SIL's parents for Thanksgiving.....you can take all day UBs before and after..😁.  And, I am going to look for sweet potato kettle-cooked chips....love sweet potato anything.

We are going to have 60 degree temperatures for the next few days...hip, hip, hooray...☀️

good morning

Saturday I woke up not feeling well after a rough night. Slept most of the day.  

Sunday I got up and attended services here then joined online.

Lunch yesterday was really tasty.  I shared a table with two other ladies. One can't hear and the other has a speech impediment. I spend my time translating between them and the servers. One lady can't have tomatoes or any tomato based entree. 

Dinner I was alone. Had planned to do laundry but that didn't happen

Need to do today.

walker, the Turkey Hunt was a success!! we got a 19 lb. one ... DS wanted the biggest we could get ... when we first spotted them in the store they were all small ones (6-9lbs) I thought "gee, they're giving them away (after spending $$) and that's the size of them?" but then a lady asked if we were looking for a bigger one and told us where they were ... ummm, they had them in the freezer section that has doors from the floor up and they were on the bottom shelf... good thing DH was with me ... he had to literally crawl in and dig around 😂😂 it was actually quite comical to see others doing it too ... not sure why they put them in that spot ... but we're all set now with our bird ...

DD is on cat duty this week for DS, so she is stopping in for dinner first ... spaghetti, her favorite!!

kittyfan, glad you are feeling better.  How nice of you to help others in translating for them.  Another reason why you are the Queen Bee👑 !  Glad to hear lunch was tasty too.  Things may improve after all.

walker, I did notice the Gremlin printing but it was my mistake, I added it after selecting size and colors and forgot to fix it.  I am also glad that I don't have to fix anything for the big day.  I would much rather clean up.  Loved your Q!  Hope you got a great pedicure.  Sure feels nice, doesn't it?

Hello friends ... hahaha walker, you can be as old as you want on your birthday ... age is only a number!!

We didn't have much sun today but tomorrow and Thursday are supposed to be close to 60!!

I was looking out my kitchen window this afternoon while doing up some dishes and I was watching the squirrel burying some nuts ... all of a sudden a big falcon/hawk swooped down and attacked!! I knocked on the window but the crazy thing just turned it's head and stared at me and waited until the poor squirrel was dead and then took off with it ... 😭 I know it's nature but please ... not right in front of me!!
