Well the phone gremlins got me. My cell phone died. Had to get a bed phone. Said he couldn't capture phone numbers etc. I am thinking in past they could transfer. I saw cute phone. Asked price. No way Jose. I will stick to cheaper version.

Cookie: I don't think your SIL can except you to wrangle dogs. I know he is frustrated.

Walker: stay away from coughing. You need to stay well.

Tootie, sounds like you may get caught up in the no tree club. Maybe LG and LS can "help" you decorate it? The nail salon had a very pretty one up and decorated already. My chair faced it while I was getting my nails done. So pretty.

Good morning friends ... oh no kittyfan, the gremlins got your phone ... some can be pretty expensive but the cheaper ones can work just the same ... I have a basic of basic phone although I really don't use mine a lot.

cookie, glad you enjoyed the tree while getting your nails done ... I really like to watch the lights of the tree too ... I will get the tree up at some point (it's such a pain to get it from the basement ... not sure why I'm complaining though because DH does that part! 😂) but once it's up we can enjoy it!! ...

We'll have another wind 38 degree day ... not sure where all this wind is coming from but I'm tired of it ... I have a garden flag in front that keeps getting tangled up and it irritates me to no end!! 😡 I know, it's not earth shattering but it bothers me when it does that ... DH says we have to move it out of the direction of the wind ... so, that's what is number 1 on my agenda today ... I'll have to put in back closer to the house ...

Happy Sunday! I am up and feeling fine...DH not up yet so hope he wakes up feeling better...🤞🤞. cookie, it is actually 6 pills a day that he has to take....3 morning, 3 night. DH not a good patient about taking medicine...thinks he can stop when he feels better....NO,NO....Nurse Kratchit says....😂...finish it up!!

kittyfan, sorry to hear about phone troubles again. It seems this just happened to you not long ago. The prices of phones are high...ugh. I do use my phone a lot especially texting. I do not like talking on it unless I have to....and for others that is all they use so they call my cell! 😖 I like my landline!! Biggest thing with phone is feeling of security with it! I can make a call if necessary.

Tootie, I understand the wind and flag problem....it is annoying. I don't have a garden flag but we do fly the American flag on our porch everyday. It gets wrapped up too and then I have to go out and unwrap it.

Hi all....no news..quiet day....trying to rest and avoid germs here...took walk for fresh air..👍. Lucy quit as Desi's nurse! So...on his own now....Lucy does not like grumpy patients anyway! 😆 He is dong better so things are looking up! Now if I can just avoid it..🤞🤞🤞. Might take test tomorrow so I know where I stand.

kittyfan, we had a blah day here as well. I had the house to myself - which I like - and read a couple of books - thank you Kindle! Reminder calls - I get them but get more texts or emails than calls which is better IMO.

walker, glad you were able to get in a walk. A nice break from the "Grumpy Guy". I remember a few of those. Helpless - always needing attention. When I am not feeling well, leave me alone! Hope DH is better and you test okay.

Good morning friends ... cookie, the flag was a small garden one that is on a stand that sticks into the ground ... it is now tucked a little further back next to my American flag ... I'll find a better spot in the spring ... it's too cold and windy to figure it out now but I wanted to get it moved before the ground froze ... you're lucky you can get your haircut on demand 😁😂

I did not sleep well last night.....feel like I was up every two hours. I will take the test today. But, first I think I will put a mask on and go to store for a few things. If I get a "positive" reading, I will feel like I need to stay home. Right now I am in denial....ha.

Hi there....well, I took the test today with DH's help,since he has done it. It is tricky and probably easier to go out for it. Oh well, think I did it right. It came back strong negative with very faint line for positive. So, I could have a touch of Covid. I'm just going to take Tylenol and monitor daily. If I start feeling bad, I will take anothe test or call doctor. A friend of mine had two negative tests and then a positive test. Who knows?? Crazy disease....then flu is out there too. I'm just taking it easy today. Oh...my son-in-law tested positive today too. Yikes....it's everywhere!
