Good morning friends ... yes, we had so much fun making the Gingerbread House ... walker, since it's a kit, we just had to "glue" the walls and roof up ... everything is included, walls/roof, frosting to hold it together and to hold the candy decorations and all the pieces of candy ... you can decorate as you please ... if you're a perfectionist (like DD) it can take a little longer to build ... but it's done and sitting on my dining room table ... the hard part, like cookie said, is eventually getting rid of it ... we took lots of pictures 😄

kittyfan, that burger sounds delicious!! ... it must be a good feeling when you see clothes/items that you put out on the racks come through the register ...

cookie, I hope you (and DD) are feeling better today.

We still don't have our tree up so I think that may be on my agenda for today ...

Tootie, sounds like it was a good time at your house yesterday.  I'll bet the gingerbread house looks great.

Time to get your tree up now.....after Church on the Couch...haha!

It sounds like this is not going to be a good weather week here....😩....winter is moving in!  Tis the season of hibernation and planning my trips out.  HO HO HO!

Good evening. I didn't sleep well last night and was tempted to church online but since I had to go to TS got moving. They decorated church but I didn't stay. Went to TS to work my areas. Three if us in our areas. Ethan headed home. Will tirnbin early tonight. Hopefully sleep will happen

Good morning ~

No news here.  Back hurts more now.  Being on the left side shoulder blade area I am concerned about my heart which had an ache (could have been Afib). Going to my regular doc Monday.  Heating pad all day is nice but temporary.  Sorry to be a Wendy Whiner.😒 Well, it is Moanday Monday, so I'll take a free pass😄  

Tootie, the Gingerbread House sounds so cute. Glad you had so much fun. Eating the decorations is also good 😄😄 I know this from experience.  GS only wanted tootsie rolls on his - ok with Gramma!!

walker, hope you are thoroughly prepared for hybernation.  I hear it's going to be cold your way this winter.

kittyfan, I hope you were able to get some sleep last night.

walker, I did get the tree up after Church and the rest of my decorations ... now I have to start wrapping gifts, ugh! I used to enjoy it, not so much anymore!!

We're at 53 degrees right now and our high is 54 but by tomorrow (and the rest of the week) temps drop down to the low 30's.

Pain be gone!  I am an SCC and this is my letter!!!!!  I am with you Tootie, I used to love wrapping gifts and now not so much!  GS and I have a special way to exchange gifts.  He buys a gift card that he would want and I buy one I would want.  We then send a thank you note thanking each other for what they (we) got from us.  This way we are both happy.  $$ limit of course.

PS:  Tootie, have you seen the La Dolce Velveeta commercial?  Everytime I see it, I think of you!  It is cute - an older lady is riding a John Deere lawn mower with a large drinking glass full of Velveeta and the words say La Dolce Velveeta.

Hahaha cookie, I like that Union Break sign ... I have not seen the commercial for Velveeta 😂😂 I'll have to watch out for it!! ... what a cute idea for exchanging gifts with your GS ... you'll always get what you want ... 😁

You said it, Tootie!!  SCC Strong together.....be "Wendy Whiner" all you want, cookie!  We each have our days!  Nothing we can't get through together!  A few mimosas help too...🤣.

cookie, your pain is different than mine was....lower back/right side ......yours is left shoulder area....feel better soon....glad you are going to see doctor.

kittyfan, hope you had a better night's rest.  Our Busy 🐝 needs to fly strong!  Nice of you to get off to church and TS even though you were flying low.

Sounds like you are all decorated now, Tootie.  I feel the same about wrapping....just another chore now!  I used to really enjoy Christmas but not so much anymore...guess that is an "age thing" as I hear other people make the same comment.  My favorite thing was filling stockings with fun stuff.  But, once grandkids came along, I quit doing it.  I was afraid kids would question it so I decided Santa should just fill stockings at their homes.  

Well, speaking of Christmas, I need to organize my things and maybe start wrapping.  See you in Santa's Workshop...😁!

Oh cookie we are in this together. We share the good times and the laughs and the nit so good times. Hope you get to feeling better.

Slept in this morning. Had trouble getting to sleep.
I did my TS duties yesterday so I will plan to go in on Wednesday. There was some space in baby clothes and girls bin almost empty. More boys in the bin.

Cold front blew in. Windy and cooler today but still temperate compared to your Northern ladies.

Oh the velvetta commercial. How funny!!

Cookie love the gift exchange with your GS. One way to ensure gift is what they wanted!!!

I know I have talked about the fruit I buy. Well after receiving it as a gift years ago I started sending it to others. Well I started sending grapefruit to my brother. The whe family enjoyed and my nerves told me how much they looked forward to it!!!

Well my SIL and I send each other fruit from same company!! My brother passed four years ago. On Friday got email saying her delivery was scheduled. I arrived home on Saturday to find my gift fruit. I laughed thinking we both had fruit going out to each other at the same time!!!

She had an outpatient on Frjday and couldn't lift. So her GS helped her out.

I know there are other fruit companies but this is in state and the ruby reds are the very best.

We had a windy and rainy day ... temps are dropping and they are calling for snow later on ... The Bills are playing at home against the Patriots tonight and the winds are supposed to be up to 50 mph with snow ... I would not want to be in the stands or playing for that matter ...
