Good morning ~  Good news about getting your shots ladies!  I wish they were organized around here.  Still waiting for somethng closerr than 20 miles away in a sports arena.  Like the idea of a church venue kittyfan.  

Tootie, I didn't know they had age brackets for the vaccine?  I thought hey just took whoever had an appointment.  Good idea but some people are complaining about giving the first shots to first responders, medical, teachers etc.  Common sense is out the window.

We will be 80 with some light wind today.  Your countdown must be working walker - Spring is coming!!!  ENT appointment this morning.- hearing aid adjustments and check up.  No procrastination this morning, BUT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.  Afternoon is open - haha.

Received my lab results from my doc via email.  Everything was great!  Doc was very happy and included a little note with the results.  .Love her - I have been going to her for 10+ years now.  Helps to have a good doctor.

Good morning friends ... yes cookie, when the vaccines became available our governor set up "phases" of groups of people that could start getting vaccinated (and IMO it's not working very well) ... first off were frontline workers, medical, etc. ... but then he kept adding more and more phases and the people in the first phase are not being able to get vaccinated because of shortage (or now because of all the other people that are eligible for it) .. my DD is considered essential (not medical) and has worked through this entire panademic but is on a waiting list along with thousands of other people ... very frustrating ... and our pharmacies are only giving vaccines to 60+ ...

Good news on your labs cookie ... and it's a very good thing that you have a good doctor and like her ... that's half your battle right there ...

We'll have a 63ish kind of day ... yay!! 😎 ... windows opened a little wider today ...

The flag will be blowing in the wind today!!  Rain moving in later.  Glad you are both enjoying nice weather.

cookie, happy you got a good lab report and it means a lot to have such a caring doctor.  I don't blame you for wanting a shot appointment within 20 miles of home.  I felt that way too.  Some people, especially in Florida, were driving 2-3 hours for a shot!  To each his own but I think that is a little nuts.  Just keep doing what you have been doing during the pandemic to stay well.

Our state is like Tootie mentioned of hers....set up in phases....1A...medical, first responders, etc....then they added teachers, grocery clerks, mailman...etc...so next phase 1B for people over 65, or with health problems, was pushed back!  I think some of it is who knows who too for getting an appointment.  It has been a frustrating process. 

Speaking of these shot appointments, yesterday I got two emails notifying me there was availability...my Health Dept and hospital.  Feast or famine here!!

Waiting on my newspaper but enjoying coffee ...and doughnuts ...with friends!  👍😁  Have a good day.  One final thing.....10 days until Spring!! ☀️🌷👏

Good morning. I didn't have a problem with priority but it seemed that it was difficult to snag a spot. I know a lady who had one of the first shots. Went to Austin. I wanted to stay close. Agree with s one venues. Kno people who went to Curcuits of America's. Stay in vehicle. Two hours driving around and round. No thanks. I know they had a lot of great volunteers. There was an MD and EMT on site. I was impressed

Hi kittyfan ... I agree, no way would I drive around for 2 hours to get a shot ... I want one close by. I tried this morning to get one at the pharmacy around the corner but they were already booked (surprise, surprise!!) and now that it's 60+ there are even more people trying ... I'll just keep trying.

Well ladies, I took down all of my snowflakes that I had in my front windows and my snowman flag out front ... I took my snowman down from the front door on March 1 and replaced him with a big shamrock ... Spring is in the air!! 🌻🌼🌷

We are at a pleasant 65 degrees ... Hope everyone is having a good day ...

Hi there.....Tootie, good for you to pack up the winter decorations!  Now Spring will come!!!  🤞🤞 I did same today....washed a throw blanket with snowman on it I like to use in winter...packed him away!!!  I got my Irish things out March 1st too.  Very windy today but I did walk...found out I am not an angel...could not spread wings and fly...😂.

Good Luck with scheduling your shot.  Takes patience but it will come.  It seems like more vaccines are becoming available.  Maybe you will get lucky and only have to get one shot!

Patience. I spent lots of time tracking d own shot. Heard Walmart. Heard Walgreens. Just happened to find sot time.

Went to bookclub. Food wasn't very good. And it was expensive. Started out with three. Then another lady joined us. If we are all in attendance ten. Our leader made a comment about being committed yo attend. I had missed a lot for various reasons. This has been an odd year with the p a pandemic.

Good morninng ~  Oh kittyfan it gets worse daily. The shot stories keep coming.  I have read and heard of people with an appointment waiting over 2 hours after their appointment time only to be told they are out of vaccine!  Tired of this whole thing.  Glad those who were able to get them - got them.  There has to be a better way. Here's to you kittyfan!

walker - you are an angel!  Angels don't fly in the wind - it blows their crowns off!!  We had wind yesterday and I got a new hairdo from it.  Wind and 80 is a good combination.  81 today.  Fly away Angel Queen........

Tootie, you must be related to my DD.  She has her winter decorations down and Irish ones up already too.  She even decorated her car one year.  Sounds like your weather is warming up - a good thing.  walker's Spring countdown is nearly done.🌺🌷🌻

Good morning friends ... we broke a record yesterday and hit 69 degrees!! ... today we'll have a rainy 62 ... our snow is gone and I can see grass!! and I saw some robins yesterday too! ... Spring is almost here ...

It seems like the vaccines are getting more plentiful now ... DD was able to schedule hers yesterday (they're scheduling into May) ... I'm going to try that site again today ... it's all hit or miss! ... I really wanted to go to the pharmacy around the corner but I guess I shouldn't be so picky ...
