Dogs were restless last night. Made for a tough night.

Fingers crossed that next week cleats this out. I have TS last week. If I lived in town it would be different. I have yo commute.

Good morning ~  Yes, it's cold again - 26!  Yesterday was icey and the trees looked so pretty with all the icicles.  DD and SIL ventured out to the store and said the roads were clear but the store was jam packed.  A lot of shelves were empty.  People are gearng for more hybernation I guess.  

Not a fan of ice and snow, so I stayed inside.  The dogs and horses loved it - they were running around and if they could smile, they would have.  

MissMadi, I have had 4 COVID tests.  I had them while I was in the hospital and Re-hab.  Never felt anything.  Hopefully when I finally get the shots, I won't have any after effects!

Good morning friends ... cookie, welcome to winter! boy, you are sure getting some cold, cold weather ... I can imagine that the shelves were bare too!! ... as soon as the media announces that there is going to be a storm, people run to the store and in your area it's worse because you are not used to icy, cold weather ... be safe!

We'll have another cold 20 degree day with snow ... walker, I think we're in the same snow pattern ... we have snow predicted too!

LG is coming over today ... I saw a video of him walking!! now I really need to get this house baby proofed ... and get my sneakers ready!!

Happy Saturday!  YES, stay home and stay safe!  Sorry that TX is sharing our winter!  Strange, eh?  Glad your DD and SIL were able to safely get to store and back, cookie.

We are getting more light snow here....another weekend inside.....and I had such big plans...🤣🤣🤣.

Tootie, have fun with LG!!!  You will need a long UB after he leaves.  Thank you for the Quiche!!  Yum!

Hello ... whew!! this grammie is taking a much needed UB ... LG spent the afternoon here and wore us out ... we had a blast with him though ... he walks everywhere!! 

and we got some good news from DS/DIL ... I'm going to be a grammie again!! DIL is due at the beginning of August ...

It's a GIRL!!!

We're so excited ...

OH MY GOSH...so glad I checked in here....Tootie...Grammie....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  I am so happy to hear your good news!!!  A little boy and now a little girl....what can be better!!!  I bet you had fun with LG today.  It is such a fun time but I remember being happy to see the parents come back too!  HA!

Coincidentally, my nephew and wife just had a baby girl today!  Happy News all around!

Staying in. Saw reports of icy roads and vehicles flipped etc lines at grocery but I don't need to get out. If I don't have it I can wait.

Still saying snow. Missing the Cafe. Didn't make last weekend. Definitely not this one. Hope for next weekend.

I made Valentine's cookies today and have some gift bags for kiddos...not sure I will deliver them. Tomorrow will be really COLD!!!   DH says we will do a drive-by..like a get away car....he drives ...I hop out ...deliver and run!
