1/4 evaporated milk

2 tbsp water

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 cups whole pecans

Cook everything but pecans in a saucepan on meduim heat. When sugar is dissolved, put in pecans. Keep cooking till liquid is absorbed. Pour on wax paper...Cool...Break apart...
