Recipe for Friday's cookie swap

I have made these cookies often and they always make a hit. They're easy and taste like cream puffs with none of the fussiness.

ANGINETTI COOKIES

1 pkg. Stella D'Oro Anginetti Cookies 1 pkg. frz. strawberries

1 C. whipped topping 1 tbsp. van. extract

1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 C. confectioner's sugar

Slice tops off Anginetti; set aside. Mix together cream cheese, whipped topping, strawberries, vanilla and confectioner's sugar.Place a tablespoon of mixture in hole of Anginetti. Place sliced off top on cream cheese mixture. Chill, serve and watch them disappear. People will think you've slaved all day on miniature cream puffs. You can substitute crushed pineapple for the strawberries. ENJOY!!!
