@Luvsmyfam  Yea!! Funny you should mention it. My DS asked for this recipe today, and he is going to add onions, garlic and red peppers. He's going to use it for work lunches the whole week.

I went looking for an old crock pot book today.  We just bought a new one!  I found a recipe book, I knew I had but did not see two days ago.  The Veg-All I'm Too Tired to Cook Book.  I do not see a date but it is old, maybe 40 years or so.  I still make several things with veg-all.  I saw Veg-All stuffed meatloaf and it looked delicious.  I never made but will be.  It has a veg-all stuffing in the middle.

Glad it turned out good for you @Luvsmyfam .  It's the only meatloaf recipe I use.

Meatloaf sandwiches are a favorite of mine!

I made it too and did the same, added fresh garlic, chopped onion and red pepper. I used the Stove Top sage and herbs as someone recommended.  We were quite happy with the result .  Also had mashed potatoes and salad.   DH asked where I found the recipe and I said my friends on the Q forums of course!

Yes..... ITA....easiest recipe in the world superfast and tastes great. It took me only 20 years to try it . You can also turn them into meatballs which is my preferred go to.

My mom always put Italian Herb mix in meatloaf.  As a matter of fact, we used that in a lot of things!

How do you use the stuffing.  Straight out of box, cooked, mixed with water, how much? Like you would use crackers?

OK now... I've never heard of putting Stove Top stuffing mix in meatloaf.  Do you just put the whole box in???  I'd love to try it cuz I love meatloaf.  Do tell!

I've never heard of Veg-All either.  I guess I've just been living under a rock!
