Thank you both!! To be honest, I'm not the one who has a real aversion to fat. It's my husband. You know that old rhyme, "He could eat no fat, she could eat no lean, betwixt them both together they licked the platter clean." LOL!

 

I did do my best to buy one with the least fat I could see. I will trim and wash it well....and hope for the best. Thanks again!
