Hello to all the wonderful gals that share so many great recipes!

This will be my first one,so you all may already know it. We are having family at our home July 4th and I was going thru my Moms recipes and found this one. I haven't made it in years but its a good one especially since you don't have to fire up the hot oven!

Strawberry Ice Box Pie

1 small pkg. strawberry jello

1 cup sugar

1 20oz. can crushed pineapple

3 eggs

1 large can Carnation milk-chilled

With a beater mix first 4 ingriedents and cook in saucepan until boils. Chill.

Beat chilled milk until stiff-fold jello mixture into stiff milk.

Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill covered in fridge overnight.
