I too had forgotten about this salad. Made it for dinner last night and it was just as I remembered. Thanks for the post, Mrs. G.  Putting it back into my meal rotation.  It's a keeper!

Yours is much healthier than mine.

I load mine with fries, cheese and ranch dressing Smiley Happy

It's usually what I get when we eat out.
