Spuds In A Blanket  (Appetizer)

2 Tablespoons BBQ sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar

12 slices bacon

48 frozen ORE-IDA EXTRA CRISPY tater tots

Preheat oven to 425*. Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet.                                                                      

In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, ketchup and brown sugar. Cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise, then cut in half lengthwise. Brush each piece of bacon on both sides with the ketchup mixture.  Wrap each prepared piece of bacon around a tater tot. Place seam side down on the rack. Brush tops of prepared tater tots with remaining ketchup. Bake for 30 minutes or til bacon is crispy. To serve, poke a toothpick into each tater tot.
