A small dish of vanilla ice cream with pineapple or caramel topping....! Also, pretzel sticks, smokey almonds, Triscuits, little oranges, a couple of slices of smoked gouda cheese, mini ice cream drumsticks. Yes, I know - some are fattening....I'm 70 and don't have a weight problem so I eat what I want.

1. I cut up veggies (celery, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower) and arrange it on a plate....maybe with some homemade humus sprinkled with smoked paprika
2. Fresh fruit, especially melon, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, oranges, or pineapple
My snacks usually become a meal.

I like the almonds coated with cocoa powder.
I just saw a recipe where you can make them yourself! Another recipe for cinnamon & cocoa almonds.

We always have popcorn and crackers; graham and townhouse, and occasionally cheese nips. Right now we have ice cream sandwiches, as well as cauliflower florets and ranch dressing.

I usually like crunchy snacks: I may have cashews, almonds or walnuts, peanut butter, dehydrated cheese like “Moon Cheese”, a few low fat kettle chips or coconut tortilla chips, dehydrated apples, beets, or other fruit, chips and salsa (and maybe guacamole), Harvest Snaps (peas), and for something sweet Chobani Flips yogurt, Jennie’s coconut bites (macaroons), and fresh strawberries lately.

When does your book come out? I'm reading that one next. So happy for you.
I have to ask, in a day's worth of eating, do you do any meals, or just eat what you want when you want it. This weight thing fascinates me. It's like a hobby I've had since my teen years. Not even sure when I first discovered a scale in our house growing up. Think it was teen years.
