I really like Cashews best and they really do work for me. What do you use for those snacks when you have to have something to get you to the next meal?

I keep a multipack of Lays chips in the house for those times when I just need something awful. Each bag is 160 calories. There are some days when it's worth it.

Recently its been Medjool dates. Two or three of them after dinner satisfy my sweet tooth. I've also been snacking a lot recently on green grapes.
