My cheat recipe:

1.  Saute #ground beef, adding a dab of worcestershire sauce and soy along with some tumeric and cumin and a dab ofcinnamon.

2.  Add a container of Bob (forgot the name) mashed potatoes, adding a little rice vinegar along with couple tsp. sour cream.

3. For the bottom of casserole dish layer a can of corn(drained) sprinled with half a packet of shredded cheese, saving enough to layer to the potatoes on top.

I heat at 350* for 45 min covered, then 15 min uncovered.

Probably doesn't sound that great, but everyone seems to love it!Woman Wink

Bob Evans.  Love their mashed potatoes.  If you don't want to add sour cream separately they have sour cream and chives version.

Thanks @rockygems123 !  I love his brand too.  I use his fully-loaded all the time!  I also use sour cream, worcestershire and mayo for salad dressing so I always use it up.  But, good to know!  Thanks.

Re: Shephards Pie

[ Edited ]

@bargainsgirl Years ago I made Shepherd's Pie for my family. DH liked it ok. My son and his family loved it. It's been years and I've forgotten the recipe which I use to have memorized.
