I attended an office open house the other day and this was one of the snacks on the table. The lady gave me the recipe. I haven't made it myself, but I did eat it and liked it. She called it Scrabble, but some of you may have a similar recipe or know it by a different name. Since this is the season for snacks, I thought I would share the recipe.
Scrabble
1 pkg. Almond Bark (in cubes)
2 T. Oil
3 c. Cheerios
3 c. Chex or Crispix
2 c. Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
1 pkg. Small Pretzels
2 c. Nuts (any kind)
Melt Almond Bark and oil in large roasting pan at 200 degrees. Pour in remaining ingredients, stirring to coat thoroughly. Pour out onto wax paper. Let harden, then break apart.
** She said that she usually doubles the recipe
