Does anyone use Spike seasoning ? if so what do you sprinkle it on.

I used it years ago in place of salt&pepper.

I've used it for years.  I first heard about it from Weight Watchers years ago.

 

I use it on just about anything.  Great on a salad ... just olive oil and a sprinkling of Spike.  My most frequent use!

 

Flavoring vegetables, scrambled or deviled eggs, hamburgers, salmon burgers, turkey burgers, soups and stews.

 

A quick easy soup ... bag of mixed frozen vegetables, some garlic and onion, Israeli couscous and Spike to taste.

 

I think the only place I wouldn't use it is in a dessert dish!

I didn't know Spike was a seasoning.  I thought it is what you do to punch and lemonade!Smiley LOL
