I got mixed up and baked them at 325 deg. Instead of 425 deg. It took way tooong , and then I realized my mistake. I need to moisten them a bit for dinner tomorrow. Any ideas?

@Nicecupoftea If they're not ruined, try gently steaming them. Keep checking on them, turning over and/or around to distribute the steam evenly. Don't let them get too wet, though.
Edited to add: Alternatively, wet them down somewhat liberally, wrap them in a towel and rewarm them in a low oven.

I would not try to save them. Make fresh ones, it's worth it!
Nothing like a good hot biscuit.

I made some the other night that were like hockey pucks. That was using Bisquick too. I used almond milk and I think I'd had the Bisquick awhile so I'm blaming it on that. It's disgraceful making something that bad with a mix.

Don't you just hate making any dish and for whatever reason it does not turn out to be what you expected!
I made Chicken Noodle Soup last week. No, don't use oregano, basil and garlic! It was the best homemade broth and the final taste was so disappointing!

Yes I decided to freeze them and make a breakfast casserole
sometime. Tomorrow I will make more at the correct temp.

@Kachina624 That reminds me of the old (80's) microwave cake mixes......I bought one once, and it came out like stone. Figured I did something wrong..........so I tried another one. What was I thinking??????

@Nicecupoftea,Sounds like you worked too much flour into the biscuits when kneading.
Soft, moist dough makes soft, moist biscuits.

@Kachina624,That sounds like too much liquid.

@Kachina624 Have you made biscuits using Almond Milk that turned out light and fluffy? It it keeps pudding from setting up, maybe that is the problem.
