I purchased the KC TSV after reading recommendations on another thread. I must say - delish!

While I could search online, I prefer the forum's foodies' recipes. Would appreciate any pea soup recipes you'd like to share!  Thank you.

Abag of split peas, 1 lg. container of chicken broth, water, 1 onion chopped thinly, 1 bay leave, i like marjoram, as a spice, ham cut into small pieces, carrots, celery, chop some potatoes up,but add them a little later.It does not take longto cook.

I use thyme in mine,  and I eyeball everything

I don't measure, but say a teaspoon, and i forgot pepper.

teaspoon is good,

I salt and pepper toward the end

I got a pot of bean soup cooking at the moment.

A little bit of smoked paprika, adds a nice flavor to pea or bean soup.
