I used to bake a lot and stopped after losing weight and not wanting sweets around. I got this recipe in an email and something possessed me and I decided to make them. BAD DECISION. I ate way too many and ended up like Winny the Poo with a bad tummy ache but these are fantastic. They are moist and dense, like a brownie texturewise. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup in the cookie part and it was fine. I also sprayed my small spatual with Pam before using it to spread the fluff and I had no issues with the spreading. I also used an 8 inch glass pyrex dish instead of a 9" pan. If you like graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows these are fantastic. The marshmallows become toasted during the baking and are so tasty. Suprisingly they are not too sweet with all that sweet stuff, they were extremely rich though! i have never seen a recipe like this before and I have baked for years. I used two 4 ounce Lindt milk chocolate bars and just layed them down on the unbaked crust. They were very easy to make. I hope someone enjoys this!
