I have always washed all fruits and veggies (plain water) before I eat them.  I know so many people who do not.  Do you?

I do and I use soapy water because I am not sure how much just water will do.

Always.  It is so gross to eat dirty produce.

Depends on which fruits. I do put grapes, strawberries & apples in a water vinegar solution for 15 mins or so before rinsing. I rinse off peaches with water. I also wash off the outside of watermelon before cutting it. Other fruit like bananas, pineapple etc that don't need washed off.

If they now use Apeel they say you cannot wash that off?

Rinse 3 times at least ALL veggies.  Especially greens. Soak and rinse berries. Rinse stone fruits, grapes, melons, etc.

I do unless I peel like a banana or orange, but maybe I should rinse off an orange.

I do rinse and wipe a watermelon before I cut.  Learned to do that during pandemic and never thought about it before.
