Request for Recipe By Meredith - Salsa Chicken in Slow Cooker Function

Hello- I was watching In The Kitchen With David and Meredith Lawrence was demonstrating the Cooks Essential Multi Cooker.  She cooked a Salsa Chichen from the recipe book that came with the cooker.  It included boneless skinless chicken thighs, rice, salsa, tomatoes and other ingredients.  I do not own this product but the recipe looked so good I was wondering if someone might have this recipe and could share it? It looks like a recipe that would freeze great.

Hi - her recipe didn't have black beans but it did have vegetables. There was a lot of rice with the chicken sitting on top and it looked like it had some cheese on it. This recipe isn't it but thanks for posting - it looks good too!!😊

Maybe this is the recipe, though this is for a pressure cooker.
