Avant Garde Vegan (You Tube). Gaz Oakley is a phenom...planning on opening his own restaurant, already published cook book.  His food is beloved by herbivores as well as carnivores...his food and presentations are a work of art and amazingly delicious. Definitely worth the watch if you want to make something special and you are the person who reads cook books for fun.  (Take a look at his My Famous Lasagna Recipe if you love a hefty cheesy family style dish)

For everyday fare....High Carb Hannah (You Tube). She lost enormous amount of weight going plant based - but that is not the reason most watch her.  Her recipes are simple, down-home, and out right delicious.  Her red lentil chili, corn chowder, and shepard's pie are staples in my home....everyone loves these hearty dishes.  If you want easy, are an instant pot fan, or just love comfort food made in a healthier way....she is your ticket.

Oh She Glows - Worth its weight in gold....when I am thinking I want to make a particular dish...she has a recipe that is fabulous and meets my needs (cookie recipes are off the chart yummy).  A You Tube channel that is a staple for inspiration...take a look and you will be seduced to try many recipes!
