I like  making extra everything on Thanksgiving because I love the leftovers.   It extends the holiday, and with all the cooking and preparation that takes place, it's nice to have other meals come from all that effort.

I recently started subscribing to The Roasted Root, and like their recipes.

So ......   for your viewing pleasure (giggle)  here are 53 Recipes for Thanksgiving Leftovers.  See anything you like?

I think my favorite is creamed (white sauce) turkey on split biscuits.

A girl after my own heart, I love a lot of things in cream sauce on fresh biscuits or toast:

Dried beef, browned hamburger, sausage, etc.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

After everyone is gone, kids asleep, all cleaned up I use to love to make myself a turkey sandwich with white bread, lettuce and Mayo!  My Mom and I have made many things from leftover turkey and never found one I did not like!

My children loved this even better than the whole Thanksgiving dinner:

Chopped leftover turkey, mix dark & white meat
Cream of Mushroom soup
Egg noodles, cooked
French fried onions
Milk to thin soup out (just a little, to taste)

Thin soup with milk, don't make it too thin
Combine turkey with soup
Serve over cooked noodles
Sprinkle with french fried onions

Oh, me too .....   I've been known to cook WAY too much food, just to be sure there were leftovers for days!   LOL

Re: 53 RECIPES USING THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS

When I worked my favorite thing to take for lunch was a big flour tortilla, spread on a tad of mayo, layer on some dressing (stuffing) a layer of cranberry sauce, a thin slice of breast meat and roll that baby up.Wrapped in clear wrap, it was a perfect mesh of flavors by lunchtime. Sliced in half at a diagonal it showed the pretty layers and I always had someone asking me what I had. No leftovers anymore since we do not do a big Thanksgiving and I do not work, so I have not made that tortilla roll up in a long time.
