We LOVE Rao's ❤️ Have not been to the original NY restaurant, but many visits to their Las Vegas restaurant at Caesar's Palace. Disappointed to learn the Vegas restaurant closed this past Fall
Their meatball appetizer was a must have - the largest sized meatballs I've seen, yet so tender.
The appetizer plate was 2 jumbo meatballs with sauce - easily shared by 4 or more with lots of crusty bread to mop up the sauce!
I'm going to try this recipe soon but will make regular sized meatballs for a spaghetti dinner. I make a decent homemade sauce , but their jar sauce is our favorite of jar sauces - I stock up when Costco has the 2 pack of jars at special price.
Here's the meatball recipe 😍
We’re sharing our secret recipe for the best Italian meatballs in the world. Easy to make in big batches to freeze for later, or enjoy them tonight in a pot of marinara sauce over pasta or roasted vegetables. They’re light, tender, and unbelievably delicious.

@Chi-town girl Thanks for all the recipes. Where are you getting them? If you've tried their Bolognese sauce, put it on your grocery list. It's very good.

@coffee drinker Thanks for letting us know.
Also, If you haven't tried Beyond Meat Beyond Meatballs--they are wonderful! We keep them in the freezer. We started getting them at Whole Foods and now Walmart has them.
We raised cattle and I am a dyed-in-the-hide meat lover but these things are really really good--and we use Rao's sauce too!

am a fan of Raos sauces--and I do combine those 3 ground meats in my meatballs--so flavorful--- but the best thing I do , is put the meatballs in my airfryer---OMGosh--that machine does an amazing job cooking them---somtimes I cook them to get that yummy brown crust on them and then finish by putting them into the sauce to cook-----one thing tho---do not over mix them or pack them hard into a ball--they will turn out too tough!! be gentle with your.......balls-----Yummy!!!!!

@coffee drinker - thank you ☺️ adding Rao's Bolognese sauce to our shopping list. I need to restock our pantry!
As I was looking for Rao's Vegas restaurant reservations for an upcoming trip, I stumbled on the recipes. Rao's website has the recipes and there are more than what's posted here.
I will post more recipes as I review the website - let me know if you want anything specific that I can find for you. We can't post the website link bc they are an online shopping retailer
