More Rao’s Goodness 😋 Italian Sausage & Pepper Skewers

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1 lb italian sausage links
  • 1 green bell pepper, but into 2 inch chunks
  • 1 white onion, chopped into large pieces
  • 1 cup Rao’s Marinara
  • Bamboo skewers

 

DIRECTIONS

Cook italian sausage links according to package

While sausage is cooking, chop onion and cut peppers

When sausage is done, cut into 4 equal pieces

Skewer in desired order, using 3 or 4 pieces of sausage

Place on bbq and grill for 4 minutes on each side or until veggies are cooked.

Serve with Rao’s marinara sauce

Dip and enjoy!

I make a similar recipe.  Saute sliced sausage, onions and peppers in a skillet until sausage is cooked.  Add marinara sauce and heat through.  Serve on french rolls with extra sauce if desired.  Sometimes we serve with minestrone soup.  Great on a cold day.
