I was looking for a way to use up some basil pesto besides making pesto butter and came across this. Made it last night and it was good.
2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup prepared pesto
1 T olive oil
1 T dry ranch seasoning mix
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Optional garnish: Freshly grated parm and fresh chopped parsley
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add potatoes to a large bowl followed by olive oil, pesto and spices. Toss until evening coated.
Spread potatoes on baking sheet and cook for 40 minutes stirring half way through. When ready to serve stir in bacon.
Garnish with parm and parsley if desired.

I agree, @RespectLife. There are a few posters here on Recipes whose posts I will readily open every time as their name represents quality to me. DiAnne is one of them. Her recipes are consistently trustworthy.
Thank you, @DiAnne, for sharing this recipe. I haven't downloaded it yet, but am already thinking of ways to use it. I'm thinking your pesto/seasoning would also be an excellent way to finish off par-baked Idahoes -- garnished with a little sour cream and the bacon crumbles.
Edited to add: or on baked French Fries.
