Okay, here is the wine story:
The red italian table wine I use to cook with is:
Bolla (that is the name of the Vineyard)
Valpolicella (that is the name of the wine)
The white I use is:
Bella Sera
Pinot Grigio
I asked a clerk once for red and white cooking wines and these were suggested. Now I just buy the same ones all the time. I'm sure any Pinot Grigio would be fine as well as any Italian Red table wine that a clerk may suggest.
I just stick w/ what I like and know.

Well, it happened again. Just what we were talking about several pages ago. A lovely poster, whom I greatly appreciate, posted a chix recipe. She received 3 (IMHO) totally ignorant and uncalled for responses/comments.
I hope it was just me being overly sensitive because I sure would hate to lose her. She always goes above and beyond and has the nicest additions and suggestions to her recipe posts.
I was going to call them out on it but thought I would just make it worse. Here's hoping it was just me. But come on...do we really need to make those comments?? NO !

I am just in awe of you, dear friend.
You have met this challenge with determination and given it your all. You see the flaws in their system...yet have never bad mouthed it or given the usual...THIS IS STUPID...comment that so many do. You evaluate it, recognize it, and continue to push forward as the job requires! No complaining or moaning!
I pray that as time goes on, every day gets better and better. And if YOU want it to...that a future opportunity will work out for you!
All you want to do is your best! Not just collect a paycheck, but contribute, succeed and assist!
