Finally had a bit of above freezing weather today. Not much above freezing but it’s something!!!

It’s been a very long, very cold winter so far. I am sooooooooooooo ready for it to be over!

I haven’t been making much fancy lately. I just got some spinach tortellini (dry). I’m thinking about making soup with it. Stock, onions, celery, tomatoes, beans, tortellini, chicken &/or sausage, spinach……. Not sure what all else.

Long winter is right....I'm still experimenting with new soups.

I have a recipe for Marry Me Chix Soup and another adding Shrimp.

Haven't gotten to either yet, but I plan to this weekend.

Why do the weekends always get away from me?

I'll blame it on watching the Olympics!

I try to make enough to eat for the week....but then I'm sick of that dish by Tues!
