My green onions are growing great in the pots I put them in.  Lots of clumps of green stalks already!

It's been fun watching my garden grow. It's just getting going around here so no harvest in sight.

It's supposed to cool off somewhat this weekend so I'm thinking of trying pork carnitas in the Crockpot.

I also have 4 bags of Brussel sprouts in the freezer so I need to get at those too.

Thankfully, it cooled off somewhat are here today. I feel bad for anyone in the heat & humidity.

I stopped & bought a watermelon 🍉 last night, cut it up & chilled it. SO GOOD!!!

 I’ve been on a mission to clear out the fridge & freezer so today I’m in the process of “creating”.

I have a partial bag of shredded home fries 🥔, a little b

it of ground beef - I’m thinking of adding onions, garlic, peppers 🌶, cheese 🧀, maybe some corn 🌽 .

All good things, why not good together!

I finally got to make my first batch of Home Made Ice Cream with my KA attachment.

It sat in the box for months, because I couldn't squeeze it in the freezer!  LOL

Recently, added an upright freezer to the basement!

I made vanilla (easy to cook, no egg recipe) and added Mint Chocolate chunks!

Started with all heavy cream but will try mixing it up with other creams and milks.
