Yes @ChiliPepper

Mine is very similar...

I use a roll of sausage

I saute onions and celery in just a TBS or so of butter, NOT a whole stick

dried cherries instead of cranberries

slivered almonds as my only nut

a hint of sage, parsely ...but I am def adding tarragon like this one does.

I don't add apples but def could.

I toss in a hand ful of stuffing cubes just to make it more 'bindable' with the rice.

Do you guys have the ones that look a little like beautiful furnaces?

I love that Dill gravy recipe @momtochloe

It is a keeper!

Thanks for posting!

I copied it yet again so I don't lose it!

That meat looks a little over 'dead' to me....but what do you think the gravy is on?

Bread?  Bread Dumplings?

@RespectLife  those are definitely bread dumplings and they are yummy!

Pretty cool here today - only mid to high 40s!

I'm too thrifty/cheap to turn on the heat this early in the season.

Thank goodness for my trusty little Duraflame from the Q.

Anyone else have one?

Hee @ChiliPepper  I have three of them. Please know I had four but I gave one away when I moved and yes I am ashamed of myself as we all know how I feel about heat (but I do love me some flame effects at night)!

@momtochloe

I know!!!

Mine has such a fake flame but I don't care - I love it!

Of course I want another one - want not need LOL!!!

Maybe there will be a TSV soon - you think???

SNORT, oh gosh yes @ChiliPepper  the flame effects on mine aren't great but when it's dark out I think they are just lovely . . . Heart

As for a TSV, there should be one as they have one every year but yikes the prices right now! Smiley Surprised

@RespectLife  Yep, I was buying one a year when they were the TSV so they are scattered all over the place . . . Smiley Embarassed

Mine is more of a "heater" vs. a "stove".

It kinda looks like a stove though.

Pretty fake looking flame though but it was cheap - $ 75 bucks or so I believe.

They have some better ones with more realistic flames.

Mine will run flame only for ambiance or flame & heat.

It will sit on the floor but I put it up on something so the heat blows on me not the floor (the heat comes out of the very lower front).

It looks like this in bronzey-brown (nice color):

I also have one similar to this, I got it at Aldi's. I bought it for Sissy (my late cat) for the room she was in before she passed.

This one was $ 25 bucks I think. It's small but works good.
