Oh gosh @ChiliPepper  my friend I hope you were able to put your feet up and get some rest last night as it sounds like you had a very full day! Heart

Yesterday I experimented with the IP by making a very tiny piece of bottom round and then making a dill gravy.  It came out better than I had hoped and today will be an experiment in no fuss dumpling making which honestly I don't hold out a lot of hope for but then again you never know . . . Smiley Wink

@momtochloe

You don't usually hear the words "dill" & "gravy" in the same sentence.

Interesting!

@ChiliPepper

I put dill in all my gravies!

When I doctor it up, dill is the first thing I add, then wine...etc etc

@RespectLife

@momtochloe

Well, I need to give dill a try then!

And hey that is some fancy pants oven you have there my friend!  Please know my oven came complete with an analog clock (non-working) but is fabulous at storing kitchen stuff I will never use/look at again . . . Smiley Wink

@momtochloe  Yes, I do hate to leave my ovens behind. They have a turkey button too. You just put the temp probe in and press turkey and it will tell you when it is done.

@tiny 2

OMG, great features!!!

 I want your ovens too!!!

@ChiliPepper  oh yes it's delicious!  Big in eastern european related recipes, let me know if you'd like to see the recipe (my bohemian peeps came through)!

@momtochloe

Oh, yes, yes please!!!

DD wasn't a big fan of gravy so I haven't made it in a while.

Thanks my friend!

Pretty cool here today - only mid to high 40s!

I'm too thrifty/cheap to turn on the heat this early in the season.

Thank goodness for my trusty little Duraflame from the Q.

Anyone else have one?

@ChiliPepper

I put the heat on at work this morning!

It was 62 in here....too cold !  I cooked it up to 70, then turned it off, or boss man will grant the AC when he gets in!

At home, we did just turn on the fireplace for the first time yesty to take the chill out.  No furnace yet.

DH is walking around in short sleeves whining that it was cold in the house!  LOL

I had a sweater and was wrapped in a Berkshire blanket... I wasn't all that cold yet.

Hee @ChiliPepper  I have three of them. Please know I had four but I gave one away when I moved and yes I am ashamed of myself as we all know how I feel about heat (but I do love me some flame effects at night)!

@ChiliPepper

@RespectLife

Last night was the first night I haven't woke up overheated.  Please know at night it has been in the 40's and I have the bedroom window wide open but last night the building's infrastructure finally got the memo and stopped holding in all the heat . . . Smiley Wink

Today's festivities have been struggling with my Curtis Stone multi-cooker which is a great little appliance if you can overlook having to use a hammer to use it (they went a little overboard with ensuring the on/off botton is robust and have rendered it practically non-functioning).  Well if I paid for it I'm using it so between my fist and occassionally a hammer, I got it working to cook down some extra onions I have which I'll freeze for later use but I am sure my neighbors think I am either remodeling or running a WWE bootcamp . . . Smiley Surprised

Hope you all are feeling good and doing great my friends! Heart

Re: Quick Pot Sticker Soup

[ Edited ]

I love that Dill gravy recipe @momtochloe

It is a keeper!

Thanks for posting!

I copied it yet again so I don't lose it!

That meat looks a little over 'dead' to me....but what do you think the gravy is on?

Bread?  Bread Dumplings?
