I’m thinking these would be pretty delicious!

Anyone ever tried them?

We haven't tried them, but I am sure that Mr. Writer would like them since they contain both parmesan cheese and garlic.

I’m worried about Honeybit, has anyone heard from her?

It’s been a long time.

Chili,

I know.  I have been wondering about her too.  It has been a long time since we have heard from her.

Hiya @Writer with Flair  I know @mustang66lady  (as have a few of us) has been having computer problems and these forums can make the problems even worse.  She's doing ok, just having some technical challenges!

Aldis has shelf stable Ravioli called Praia or something close to that. They are in a flat shrinkwrapped kinda pkg.

Several varieties.  They are very good!  I have used them 2x now. They are a nice small bite size and didn't fall apart. 8 mins and ready.

I had made BJC Bolognese sauce.  I made these ravioli and layered with the sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese and then bubbled up the cheese in the oven.

we had it last night and will have another meal still.

They are great to have in the pantry esp since my freezer is usually too full to buy frozen ravioli.

Next I am making Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Greek Orzo. The recipe is from Carlsbad.

Another shelf stable thing I found is Olives to Go. I think by Pearls. Not at Aldi though.

I love Kalamata and black olives but can't finish up a jar or can without them going bad.

These are in little p!astic cups like the little fruit cups. One of two cups is just enough for a dish or salad.
